(BOSC) today reported financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2025, demonstrating continued record-breaking performance in both revenue and profitability. Third Quarter 2025 Financial Highlights Revenue increased 15.9% to $11.4 million, compared to $9.8 million in Q3 2024.Net income increased 17.9% to $677,000, or $0.11 per basic share, compared to $574,000, or $0.10 per basic share, in Q3 2024.EBITDA increased 29.5% to $920,000 compared to $710,000 in Q3 2024.Contracted backlog remained strong at $24 million as of September 30, 2025, compared to $24 million on June 30, 2025, and $22 million on March 31, 2025.Cash and cash equivalents reached a record level of $7.3 million as of September 30, 2025. Nine Months 2025 Financial Highlights Revenue increased 28.4% to $37.9 million, compared to $29.6 million in the first nine months of 2024.Net income increased 53.8% to $2.8 million, or $0.46 per basic share, compared to $1.8 million, or $0.32 per basic share, in the first nine months of 2024.EBITDA increased 45.6% to $3.7 million compared to $2.5 million in the first nine months of 2024.
