ComfortDelGro, Hello Robotaxi to roll out autonomous taxis in China, other markets
ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited has partnered with Hello Robotaxi to deploy autonomous taxis in China and other markets. The collaboration will leverage ComfortDelGro's fleet management and physical assets, including EV charging stations. Hello Robotaxi, backed by Alibaba, Ant Group, and CATL, focuses on L4-level autonomous driving. The partnership aims to operate in up to 10 cities and scale the fleet to over 10,000 vehicles by 2026.
The partnership will use ComfortDelGro’s fleet management and Hello Robotaxi’s vehicles.

The collaboration will deploy and manage Hello Robotaxi vehicles through ComfortDelGro’s fleet management experience and physical assets, such as electric vehicle charging stations across its global network.
Hello Robotaxi, a China mobility technology firm backed by Alibaba, Ant Group and CATL, focuses on L4-level autonomous driving research and development and commercial application.
It will begin commercial operations in up to 10 cities, including its first overseas city, in a bid to scale its fleet to over 10,000 vehicles by 2026, according to a release.
The firm unveiled its first mass-produced robotaxi in September.
