Nasdaq-listed Scilex Holding announced it has completed its second investment in Datavault AI, paid for in Bitcoin (based on the spot price of Bitcoin at the time the strategic investment agreement was signed). This investment gives it 263,914,094 shares of Datavault AI common stock, worth approximately $583.3 million based on the closing price of $2.21 on November 25. (Globenewswire)
