These measures include preparing sufficient cash at the Tai Po branch, providing withdrawal convenience for affected customers who are unable to provide identification documents, passbooks, or withdrawal cards at its discretion, and offering a six-month mortgage and personal loan repayment deferral arrangement for customers with mortgages and personal loans registered at the Hong Fu Court address. These measures have taken immediate effect automatically.
