K Cash announced assistance measures for customers residing in Hong Fu Court, Tai Po, including all affected K Cash customers living in Hong Fu Court, who can receive a three-month interest-free and payment-free arrangement on existing loans from K Cash, allowing customers to focus on home repairs, living arrangements, and other urgent needs, helping to alleviate financial burdens during the rebuilding process. If customers require a longer interest-free and payment-free period, K Cash will definitely handle individual cases flexibly.

Additionally, customers residing in Tai Po's Hong Fu Court who currently hold K Cash's PayKool credit card will receive a three-month interest-free and payment-free arrangement, during which they can continue to use the credit card as usual to support their daily expenses and urgent funding needs during the rebuilding process.

K Cash has also arranged for dedicated personnel to proactively contact affected customers residing in Tai Po's Hong Fu Court to assist with the above arrangements and provide one-on-one repayment arrangement consultations
