HUAIBEI GD CO signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Phoenix to expand into property management and other fields
HUAIBEI GD CO (02450.HK) announced that in late November, it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Phoenix. The two parties aim to jointly explore cooperation in areas such as property management, asset operation, leasing resource integration, and project development. The term of the strategic cooperation agreement is three years from the date of signing by both parties.
Shenzhen Phoenix is a joint-stock cooperative company transformed from a village collective economic organization in Shenzhen. Its main business operations include but are not limited to industrial investment, commercial operations, property management and leasing, cultural tourism, and hotel management
