Camden Park GCB being sold for S$48 million to Centurion Corp’s Kelvin Teo

Camden Park GCB, a freehold bungalow in Singapore, is being sold for S$48 million to Kelvin Teo of Centurion Corp. The property, previously owned by artist Ho Kok Hoe, is priced at S$1,604 psf, a 15% discount from its initial S$55.9 million listing. Teo, involved in Centurion's accommodation business, recently listed Centurion Accommodation Reit on the Singapore Exchange, raising S$771.1 million.
