Nov 28 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Friday: Chinese sportswear firms Anta Sports Products (2020.HK) and Li Ning (2331.HK) are among those exploring a potential takeover of struggling German sportswear brand Puma (PUMG.DE) , a source with knowledge of the matter said on Thursday.
German stock exchange operator Deutsche Boerse AG (DB1Gn.DE) said on Thursday it is in exclusive talks with Allfunds (ALLFG.AS) over an acquisition of the European fund trading platform.
Piraeus Bank S.A. has completed its acquisition of all Ethniki Holdings S.à.r.l. shares for 600 million euros ($695.1 million) in cash, the bank announced on Thursday.’
UniCredit (CRDI.MI) bought a stake in Generali (GASI.MI) as a “financial investment” but it is also open to considering working together with Italy’s biggest insurer, Chief Executive Andrea Orcel said.
Naver Financial, a unit of South Korean internet giant Naver (035420.KS) , has agreed to acquire Dunamu, an operator of the country’s largest cryptocurrency exchange Upbit, in an all-stock deal valued at 15.13 trillion won ($10.27 billion).
