HENGDELI (03389.HK) announced that the chairman Daniel Zhang (the offeror) has proposed a voluntary general offer involving approximately 2.289 billion shares; the cash price per share is HKD 0.14, representing a 12% premium over the last trading price before suspension, with a total consideration of approximately HKD 320 million. Upon completion, the offeror intends to maintain the company's listing status. Currently, the offeror and its concert parties hold a total of 61.79% of the company's equity.

The company's shares have been applied to resume trading on Monday (1st)
