YUEYUN TRANS exits the passenger transport business, selling Shaoguan YUEYUN for 135 million RMB

YUEYUN TRANS (03399.HK) announced its exit from the passenger transport business, selling its 59.694% stake in Shaoguan YUEYUN to independent third party Xiake Zhixing for a cash consideration of RMB 135 million. The estimated loss from the sale is approximately RMB 47.5 million
