Wingtech Technology (600745.SH) announced that it has noticed a public letter from Nexperia Netherlands to the leadership of Nexperia China on November 27, which contains numerous misleading accusations and false information, further reflecting Nexperia Netherlands' attempt to evade responsibility and avoid issues, lacking sincerity in properly resolving this incident.

Wingtech Technology pointed out that the illegal deprivation of control rights and shareholder equity of Nexperia Semiconductor is the root cause of the chaos and turmoil in the global semiconductor supply chain. The company emphasized that since the control rights dispute arose, it has actively shown goodwill and clearly expressed its willingness to engage in constructive communication with Nexperia Netherlands on how to restore Wingtech Technology's legitimate control rights and properly resolve the current dispute. The claim in Nexperia Netherlands' public letter that "it actively contacted the Chinese side but received no substantial response" is completely inconsistent with the facts.

In addition, the control rights dispute between Wingtech Technology and Nexperia Semiconductor is a significant issue concerning the stability of the global semiconductor supply chain.
