Xishanju executive changes: Guo Weiwei resigns as CEO, Zou Tao appointed as acting CEO

Today, Xishanju released an internal letter stating that the board of directors received a resignation report from CEO Guo Weiwei, who requested to resign from the position of CEO of Xishanju due to personal career planning reasons. The internal letter indicated that, after discussion and decision by the Xishanju board of directors, and with the approval of the KINGSOFT board of directors: they respect Guo Weiwei's personal wishes and agree to his resignation as CEO, while he will continue to serve as the chief producer of Xishanju; and appointed KINGSOFT CEO and Xishanju Chairman Zou Tao as the acting CEO of Xishanju, with Guo Weiwei reporting directly to Zou Tao.
