According to reports, it is currently in the process of securing the required permits through its wholly-owned special purpose company (SPC) Mirai Soden Kada. It will commence construction when these are all in place. Kyocera Communication Systems has been awarded the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract, and it will use Trina Solar panels. The scheme does not fall under any feed-in tariff (FiT) scheme and is expected to tap corporate power purchase agreements.
