Dec 2 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Tuesday: Prada (1913.F) said it had completed the acquisition of smaller Italian rival Versace, a brand the luxury group said it had long coveted.
Arthur J Gallagher has acquired UK-based First Actuarial, the broker announced.
Spain’s Santander (SAN.MC) has sold around a 3.5% stake in its Polish subsidiary Santander Polska (SPL1.WA) for about $473 million through an accelerated bookbuild, the lender said.
Holcim (HOLN.S) said it was buying three companies in Britain, France and Germany that use recycled demolition materials, the latest acquisitions by the Swiss cement maker as it increases its move into circular construction.
