MMG appoints chairman

MMG (01208.HK) announced that the current non-executive director Cao Liang has been appointed as chairman, effective today (3rd). Prior to this appointment, he served as executive director and CEO from April last year to April this year.

The board also announced that independent non-executive director and member of the governance, remuneration, nomination, and sustainability committee, as well as the audit and risk management committee, Leung Cheuk Yan, has been designated as the chief independent non-executive director from the same date
