YUEXIUTRANSPORT (01052.HK) announced the acquisition of 85% equity in the Chengkou (Lu-Ji boundary) to Zhanhua section of the Shandong Province - Qinbin Expressway from its ultimate controlling shareholder, Guangzhou Yuexiu Group, for a cash consideration of RMB 1.154 billion, which is intended to be paid using internal resources
