Italy to seek 5 billion euros in damages from ArcelorMittal over ILVA steelworks

Italy's government plans to seek 5 billion euros in damages from ArcelorMittal over the neglect of ILVA steel plants. The government aims to find new private investors for Acciaierie d'Italia, previously known as ILVA, which faces challenges due to rising energy costs and weak demand. Two bidders, Baku Steel Company and Jindal Steel International, are interested in purchasing all assets.
