Lantronix Inc., a prominent provider of compute and connectivity IoT solutions for Edge AI applications, disclosed that its founder, Bernhard Bruscha, has given 3.0 million shares of Lantronix common stock from his personal holdings to the TL Stiftung (TL Foundation), a charitable organization in Germany. Consequently, Mr. Bruscha retains over 2.3 million shares in his personal holdings.
