The Russian stock market rose slightly, with the Russian market capitalization-weighted index up 0.3%. Ukrainian negotiators will travel to Florida for a new round of talks, while Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that certain terms of the U.S.-backed peace plan are unacceptable to him, further indicating that reaching an agreement may still be a long way off. According to TASS, Putin said in an interview with India Today that the negotiations are fraught with difficulties, and Moscow does not agree with some of the proposals put forward by the United States
