Rubico Inc. Announces Letter of Intent for Acquisition of Newbuilding Mega Yacht

Rubico Inc. announced a letter of intent to acquire a newbuilding mega yacht, M/Y Sanlorenzo 1150Exp, from Top Ships Inc., with delivery expected in Q2 2027. The yacht features 6 guest cabins and accommodates 12 guests and 15 crew. Rubico will make a $4 million advance payment, refundable if the purchase is not completed. The exclusivity period ends on March 31, 2026, during which due diligence will be conducted. A special committee will negotiate and approve the acquisition.
