Recently, in response to discussions and concerns about the new electric bicycles online, the China Bicycle Association stated that the new standards can better ensure travel safety, reduce fire and traffic accident safety hazards from the source, and called for a reduction in misunderstandings and misinterpretations, urging a tolerant view of the adaptation period for industry upgrades. Subsequently, several electric bicycle manufacturers, including YADEA, Green Source, Aima, LIMA, Bidewen, Xiaodao Electric Vehicle, Green Horse, Ninebot, Taalang Technology, Wuyang-Honda, and Xingheng Lithium, issued statements responding to the China Bicycle Association's initiative, stating that they will actively implement the new national standards for electric bicycles and firmly execute national policies, responding to the association's initiative, and will always adhere to the bottom line of compliant operations, fully implementing the requirements of the new standards.
