Dec 5 (Reuters) - Delta Air Lines (DAL.N) issued a ground stop for all its flights at Detroit airport on Friday, citing a technical connectivity issue.
A ground stop is an air traffic control measure that temporarily halts flights from departing for a specific airport or region, usually due to safety, weather or operational issues.
The carrier said it was working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
“We apologize for the inconvenience to our customers who should monitor the status of their flight via the Fly Delta app and Delta.com,” Delta said in a statement to Reuters.
