MetaLight major shareholders voluntarily extend the lock-up period by six months

META LIGHT (02605.HK) announced that several major shareholders voluntarily extended the lock-up period for their shares by six months, with a total of 49,504,069 shares involved, accounting for approximately 32.09% of the company's issued share capital.

This includes Meta Hope Ltd holding approximately 11.28 million shares (accounting for 7.31% of the total issued shares), Bus Hope Ltd holding approximately 8.89 million shares (accounting for 5.76%), Bus Cherish Ltd holding approximately 6.69 million shares (accounting for 4.34%), and Bus Dream Ltd holding approximately 5.77 million shares (accounting for 3.74%). In addition, other shareholders such as We Bus Light Ltd holding approximately 13.13 million shares (accounting for 8.51%) and Summer Sea Investment Limited holding approximately 4.75 million shares (accounting for 3.08%)
