Enviri Corporation (NYSE: NVRI) announced a deal with Veolia Environnement SA for the acquisition of Clean Earth for $3.04 billion. Shareholders of Enviri will receive $14.50 - $16.50 per share and retain ownership of Harsco Environmental and Rail. The transaction, approved by both Boards of Directors, is set to finalize by mid-2026 pending shareholder and regulatory approval. The new standalone company, "New Enviri," will be created as part of this agreement.
