Former director of DASHAN EDU, Zhang Hongjun's account has been restricted from withdrawals by the Securities Regulatory Commission

DASHAN EDU (09986.HK) announced that, according to a press release issued by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) on the afternoon of November 28, the SFC has issued restriction notices to Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) Limited and Soochow Securities International Brokerage Limited, prohibiting them from disposing of or processing the withdrawal or transfer of assets held in accounts ultimately owned by a member of the board of directors of a certain listed company, as that individual is suspected of misconduct and violating his duties to the listed company.

According to information available to the board, former director Zhang Hongjun is the ultimate owner of the account mentioned in the SFC's press release.

Based on information available to the board, the SFC's restriction notice does not have a significant impact on the group's operations, and the company is seeking professional advice regarding the aforementioned matters
