LiDAR chip "cloud of suspicion": Lingming Photonics claims "there is no infringement risk against ROBOSENSE"
Not long ago, there were reports in the market that ROBOSENSE had sued the chip design company Lingming Photon for "allegedly infringing on the trade secrets related to its self-developed SPAD chip technology," which has attracted widespread attention in the industry. On December 10th, Lingming Photon issued a statement on its WeChat public account, stating, "Our company does not have the risk of infringing on ROBOSENSE's patent rights and trade secrets; on the contrary, ROBOSENSE is the one that truly engages in the infringement of intellectual property rights and trade secrets."
