Zoomlion Abolishes Supervisory Board and Elects Liu Xiaoping as Employee Representative Director

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co. Ltd. has abolished its supervisory board and elected Liu Xiaoping as an employee representative director. The current board includes executive directors Dr. Zhan Chunxin and Mr. Liu Xiaoping; non-executive directors Mr. He Liu and Mr. Wang Xianping; and independent non-executive directors Mr. Zhang Chenghu, Mr. Huang Guobin, Mr. Wu Baohai, and Ms. Huang Jun.
