OOIL simplifies its shareholder structure
OOIL (00316.HK) announced that its controlling shareholder is simplifying the equity structure. Faulkner has fully transferred 469 million shares of the company to COSCO Ship Hold Hong Kong. Upon completion, COSCO Ship Hold Hong Kong will directly hold 469 million shares of the company, accounting for 71.07% of the total share capital. COSCO Ship Hold Hong Kong is a wholly-owned subsidiary of COSCO Ship Hold (01919.HK)
