SF Holding announced that the group's self-pickup cooperation service with 7-Eleven will expire on the 31st of this month. Starting from January 1st next year, the pickup service at 7-Eleven in Hong Kong and Macau will be terminated; and from December 28th, deliveries to 7-Eleven will cease.

The group stated that if the parcel is not picked up after December 31st, it will be returned to the company's warehouse from 7-Eleven, and further delivery to 7-Eleven will not be supported. Any overdue deliveries or pickups will need to be redirected to other SF self-operated outlets or SF cooperation points.

SF reminds customers to pick up their parcels in a timely manner to avoid any impact on receiving their items; customers can continue to choose to pick up parcels at other SF self-operated outlets or SF cooperation points
