Today, three new stocks are being offered in the Hong Kong stock market, along with six other stocks that are already in the offering process, resulting in a fierce competition among nine new stocks. The three stocks that started their offering today (15th) are QINGSONG HEALTH (2661), a provider of health and insurance-related solutions in China; NOBIKAN (2635), a provider of AI+ power supply testing and monitoring systems in China; and HANS AI TAI (3378), a biotechnology company. All three will be open for subscription until this Thursday (18th) and are expected to officially list on December 23rd. QINGSONG HEALTH Provides Health Solutions QINGSONG HEALTH plans to issue 26.54 million shares, with 10% allocated for public offering in Hong Kong, at an offer price of HKD 22.68, raising approximately HKD 600 million. Each board lot consists of 200 shares, with an entry fee of HKD 4,581.75. China International Capital Corporation and CMB International are the joint sponsors. The stock has introduced AoQin HeMing as a cornerstone investor, with a total investment amount of RMB 100 million. The group is committed to providing protection and support to enterprises and individual clients in need through a set of easy-to-use, precise, and affordable health solutions. According to a report by Sullivan, based on revenue in 2024, the group ranks 10th in China's digital integrated health services and health insurance services market, and 7th in the digital health services market in China. The services cover digital marketing through health-related popular science articles and videos, digital medical research assistance, comprehensive health service packages that include various self-operated and outsourced services, and promotional and consulting services supporting early disease screening. Additionally, the group provides insurance brokerage services under its internet insurance platform, offering users convenient access to various health insurance products. Besides promoting the sales of insurance products from partner insurance companies, it also provides insurance technology services to help improve operational efficiency and risk management capabilities. In terms of performance, last year, the revenue from continuing operations was RMB 945 million, an increase of 93% year-on-year; the profit for the period was RMB 10.398 million, a significant decrease of 86% year-on-year. For the first six months of this year, the revenue from continuing operations was RMB 656 million, an increase of 85% year-on-year, with a profit of RMB 86.045 million, an increase of 4.38 times year-on-year. As for the use of the net proceeds from this offering, approximately 40% will be used to enhance brand awareness, increase user engagement, and strengthen cooperation with business partners; about 20% will be used for medical research and real-world studies; about 20% will be used to enhance technical capabilities in AI and big data for broader application in products and services; about 10% will be used to expand into more regions and overseas markets; and approximately 10% will be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes
