(NYSE: IIPR) disclosed that its board approved a fourth quarter 2025 dividend of $1.90 per share of common stock, equating to an annualized dividend of $7.60 per share. Established in 2016, the Company has distributed a cumulative $1.1 billion in common stock dividends to its shareholders. Furthermore, IIP unveiled that its board has authorized a regular quarterly dividend today.
