(NYSE: ACR) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared cash dividends on its Preferred Stock.The Company will pay a cash dividend on its 8.625% Fixed-to-Floating Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock ("Series C Preferred Stock") in the amount of $0.6103331 per share, which reflects a rate of 9.76533%, equal to three-month Term SOFR on the dividend determination date plus a spread of 5.927% per annum. The dividend will be payable on January 30, 2026, to holders of record on January 2, 2026.The Company will also pay a cash dividend on its 7.875% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock in the amount of $0.4921875 per share.
