In a recent development on December 16, 2025, VEON Ltd. disclosed that Kyivstar, Ukraine's prominent digital operator, has successfully purchased LLC SUNVIN 11, acquiring all 100% of the company. This acquisition has facilitated an addition of 12.9 MW of solar generation capacity to Kyivstar's energy resilience investments.
