Sinopec Corp. repurchased 1.18 million H shares, involving an amount of 5.13 million yuan
Sinopec Corp. (00386.HK) disclosed its report, on December 16th, it repurchased 1.18 million H shares on the Stock Exchange, with a price per share ranging from HKD 4.32 to 4.4, involving approximately HKD 5.13 million. Since the approval of the share buyback resolution (May 28, 2025), the company has cumulatively repurchased 229 million shares, accounting for 0.19% of the total share capital
