The fourth-quarter dividend is payable on January 20, 2026, to shareholders of record as of December 29, 2025.  </p> <p>The $0.23 per share dividend represents a $0.00875 per share, or 4.0% increase year-over-year, and a $0.0025 per share, or 1.1% increase from the third-quarter dividend.</p> <p>Lars B.
