On December 16, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Cohen & Steers Quality Income Realty Fund, Inc. (NYSE: RQI) announced a year-end capital gain distribution. Along with the typical monthly distribution, shareholders will receive an additional distribution of $0.08 per share. The total distribution, including this additional amount, will be $0.33 per share. This distribution is scheduled to be paid on December 31, 2025, to shareholders of record as of December 23, 2025.
