According to data from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, on the last trading day (December 16, the day the U.S. November non-farm payroll report was released), the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) was reported at 3.69%, down from 3.75% the previous day. The effective federal funds rate on the last trading day was reported at 3.64%, unchanged from the previous day
