A strong storm buoyed by an atmospheric river blew through Lane County overnight, toppling trees and causing power outages.At 4:30 a.m. the Oregon Department of Transportation issued a warning for the coast and Willamette Valley reporting downed trees and other hazards making travel dangerous.This story will be updated.Power outagesAs of 7:30 a.m., Eugene Water and Electric Board is reporting 326 customers without power.Lane Electric is reporting 100% of customers in Blue River, Lorane, McKenzie Bridge and Vida are without power.
