The Polish financial regulator approved Erste Group Bank's purchase of a controlling stake in Santander Bank Polska. UWM Holdings will buy Two Harbors Investment in a $1.3 billion all-stock deal. Criteria bought a 2% stake in Naturgy for 485 million euros. Warner Bros Discovery rejected Paramount Skydance's $108.4 billion bid. Coursera will buy Udemy in a $2.5 billion all-stock deal. China International Capital Corp plans a $16 billion share-swap deal. Diageo will sell its 65% stake in East African Breweries to Asahi Holdings for $2.3 billion. New Zealand will sell NZ$1.16 billion in Chorus securities. Mizuho Securities will buy a majority stake in Avendus for up to 81 billion yen. E.W. Scripps rejected Sinclair's $622 million acquisition proposal. Ariston will acquire Riello Group for 289 million euros.
