Perimeter Solutions prices $550M in senior secured notes due 2034, offering 6.250% interest yearly, closing on Jan 2, 2026.

Perimeter Solutions, Inc. announced that its subsidiary, Perimeter Holdings, LLC, has priced an offering of $550 million aggregate principal amount of 6.250% senior secured notes due 2034. The notes will bear interest at 6.250% per year, payable semi-annually, and will mature on January 15, 2034. The Notes will be guaranteed on a senior secured basis by Perimeter Intermediate, LLC and all of Perimeter Holdings’ existing or future restricted subsidiaries that guarantee Perimeter Holdings’ revolving credit facility. The offering is expected to close on January 2, 2026.
