"Port House" Li Jing Wan Garden two-bedroom sold for 6.48 million, 24% depreciation of goods in 2022
The assistant regional manager Zheng Kun of Midland Realty's Kai Hung Wan branch stated that the branch has just facilitated the sale of a two-bedroom unit at Lei King Wan in Sai Wan Ho. The unit, Room C on a low floor of Yat Sing Court, has a usable area of approximately 485 square feet, features a view of the inner garden, and was originally listed by the previous owner at around HKD 6.5 million. After slight negotiation, it was sold for HKD 6.48 million, equivalent to a price of approximately HKD 13,361 per usable square foot.
It is reported that the previous owner purchased the property in February 2022 for about HKD 8.58 million, resulting in a paper loss of approximately HKD 2.1 million upon resale, a depreciation of about 24%
