<div id="readability-page-1"><div><p>[SINGAPORE] OCBC digital users were unable to log-in to the mobile and online banking on Thursday (Dec 18) morning.</p><p>About 900 outage reports were lodged on tracking site Downdetector from around 12 pm, mostly citing mobile and online banking issues. </p><p>Checks by <em>The Business Times</em> at 11.50 am found that the app was unable to process log-in attempts by the users.</p><p>Subsequent checks at 12.11 pm showed an error message on the app that said OCBC was working to resolve the issue.</p><p>BT has reached out to OCBC for comments.</p><p>Shares of  OCBC  were flat at S$19.44 at 11.50 am on Thursday.</p></div></div>
