U.S. Futures, European Stocks Mixed

U.S. futures for the S&P 500 rose 0.3%, while Dow Jones futures were flat. European stocks were mixed with the Stoxx Europe 600 flat. Notable movements included Rational up 3.5%, Rentokil Initial up 3.3%, Aeroports de Paris down 6.3%, and Hemnet Group down 5.2%. The FTSE 100 and France's CAC 40 both added 0.1%, while Germany's DAX was flat. Brent and WTI crude both gained 0.8%.
