DEEP SOURCE Holdings issues new shares at a discount of 1.43%, raising a net amount of 355 million yuan
DEEP SOURCE (00990.HK) announced that it will issue a total of 515 million new shares to six independent third parties, equivalent to a 3.5% increase in the enlarged share capital; the price per share represents a discount of 1.43% compared to today's (18th) closing price. The net fundraising amount is HKD 355 million, which is intended for establishing an operating joint venture and executing procurement agreements to purchase titanium iron ore and other minerals for the Bella Bella Vanadium project
