XINTE ENERGY (01799.HK) announced that its subsidiary Inner Mongolia Energy sold a 79.92% equity stake in the Xinjiang Fengzhi New Energy Power Generation Partnership (Limited Partnership) to the manager, as part of the establishment of the first phase of the asset-backed special plan, with a total scale of RMB 1.337 billion
