MAN WAH HLDGS (01999.HK) announced the acquisition of 100% equity in the American soft furniture manufacturer and distributor - Gainline Recline Intermediate Corp. from an independent third party. The latter primarily operates under two brand names, namely Southern Motion and Fusion Furniture, with a cash consideration of USD 32 million, along with an interest-free loan of USD 26.67 million
