Atlanta, Nov. 13, 2025 - Real estate firm Piedmont Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:PDM) disclosed that its operating arm, Piedmont Operating Partnership, LP, has priced a $400 million offering of 5.625% senior notes maturing in 2033 at 99.364% of their principal value. The transaction is set to finalize on November 20, 2025, pending the fulfillment of standard closing requirements.
