MTR CORPORATION strengthens train services during Christmas and New Year period

To facilitate passenger travel during the Christmas and New Year period, MTR CORPORATION (00066.HK) will enhance the train services on the East Rail Line, Island Line, and Disney Line from today (December 19) until January 4 next year. The high-speed rail (Hong Kong section) will also increase the frequency of services between Hong Kong West Kowloon Station and Futian Station.

On Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, most railway lines and some light rail lines will operate overnight, with enhanced services starting in the afternoon.

In addition, MTR CORPORATION will coordinate with the service arrangements at the Luohu Port on New Year's Eve, accordingly extending the cross-border train services on the East Rail Line between Luohu Station that night
