Alphawave IP Group announced the de-listing and cancellation of trading of its shares on the London Stock Exchange following the court sanction of its Scheme with Qualcomm. The Financial Conduct Authority has cancelled the listing, effective from 8:00 a.m. today. Goldman Sachs, Barclays, and BMO Capital Markets are advising Alphawave on this matter.

- Alphawave IP Group plc has announced the cancellation of its share listing on the Official List and the trading of shares on the London Stock Exchange, effective from 8:00 a.m. today.
