China Shenhua increases capital by 6 billion yuan to the financial company
China Shenhua (01088.HK) announced that it plans to increase its capital in the financial company by RMB 15 billion together with the State Energy Group, of which the company will contribute RMB 6 billion. Upon completion, the registered capital of the financial company will increase to RMB 32.5 billion, and the company's shareholding will remain at 40%
